Quality Service possesses both a Florida State Contractor’s license #CGC1521208 and a Florida State Warranty #18854. This provides added security and comfort for our members.
WHEN WILL MY COVERAGE START AS A NEW MEMBER?
Repairs will start as soon as the membership begins. There is no wait period. However, appliances must be in good working condition prior to acceptance of membership to Quality Service. Any conditions considered by Quality Service to be pre-existing are excluded from this membership. There is a 60 day wait for replacement work to go into effect from the initial date of membership.
HOW DO I GET A SERVICE CALL?
You will receive a dedicated phone number for your area once you become a member. You can call from 8am - 5pm, Monday through Saturday to schedule a call. You can also submit your claim on our webpage as long as you have your member details. Support will follow up with your appointment information.
IS THERE A SERVICE CALL FEE?
The standard plan does not include a service fee. Quality Service will take care of the service fee. However, if a call is made for a repair and there is no problem and in the opinion of Quality Service this is a “nuisance” call, there will be a $50 service charge.
WHY DO I NEED A SERVICE CONTRACT IF I ALREADY HAVE HOMEOWNER’S INSURANCE?
Homeowners insurance is a type of property insurance that covers losses and damages to a home and assets in the home. It typically covers interior, exterior, loss or damage to personal belongings, and injury that arises on the property. A service contract will repair and help replace properly maintained appliances and mechanical systems that inevitably fail.
